There was a neutral community around me had tried a lot to convince me for the meditation but i always take it as a big jump over the tree. So since i was pretty rude to accept it.

It just happen over the time when it was hard to understand. So one fine day, I had decided to go deep towards it’s scientific facts, after few days i released its endless benefits and since then its unstoppable routine in my life. I’ve actually found how simple (not easy, but simple) meditation can be and what huge benefit it can have for my day to day happiness.
