How to deal with Tension
Following are some suggestions for reducing tension:
1) Talk it out:
Confide your worry to a close friend.
2) Escape for a while:
Lose yourself in a movie, book or game or a brief trip for change. Forget your worries by engaging yourself in some

You should forget your anger by engaging yourself in physical activity.
4) Give in ocassionally:
If you yield, you will find that others will yield too.
5) Do something for others:
You should do something for the welfare of others.
6) Do one thing at a time.
7) Go easy with your critisism:
Do not take critisism of yourself to seriously.
8) Schedule your recreation.
9) Do some exexcise (i.e yoga).
10) Make yourself available to others.
