- Sell Needs, Not Products : We often start selling products to clients without (or partial) knowing his actual needs for that product. Target clients are those who are supposed to consume your product but instead telling him that i have got a product to offer you, tell them that i have got a solutions to your needs.
- Be Consultant, Not Seller : In extension of above point, become consultant and listen to your clients. let them consult you as you have got the solutions. Again as i said, Do not try to sell them your products.
- 67% customers do not know what they actually want : Listen to your clients, take time to analyse his situation and think where you can fit your product to their wardrobe of needs.
- Save client’s money : We often fall into a gesture where we want to Keep adding add-on to the bill for incentive or target. Avoid doing it and instead try to save money on his bill. Tell him what is important and what is not important. This way you will earned Referral Business which is more worthy and durable in nature.
- Positive Affirmation : Prepare a list of Positive Affirmation which assist you during bad time. Remember “Your Thought is Your Way”.
